Mike is survived by his brother Marc (Joyce) Theising, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Mike married Brenda Eaton and had a daughter Heather (David) Douglas and two grandchildren, Lacey and Colt. After a brief career with Anaconda Wire, Mike suffered a spinal cord injury and became physically challenged. Blooming gel has the opposite effect of crackle polish, though where crackle contracts, blooming gel expands.
