With this mod activated I was able to sustain an almost unlimited sized army with a single Metal Extractor and Energy Plant. Holkins long-range artillery, Nuke Launcher, and Anti-Nuke Launcher will also reload extremely fast. Any of the Metal Extractors and Energy Plants will produce nearly Infinite Resources. Any unit you build, be it with your Commander or Fab's will have Instant Build and High Health (10x normal). This mod adds hacked copies of units that only you and other players can build (the AI can use these if you have control of them). Only the host needs to have the mod installed. Note: Confirmed this does work in multiplayer. Note: This mod affects build.js and unit_list.json!! This is very important since this will likely break any existing mods you may be using that alter individual units! Due to that, I have created a cheat mod for AI Skirmish (Note: This can also be used in Multiplayer). I'd noticed a severe lack of cheating options even with DevMode. I finished both Human and Orc campaigns back in the day, and upon revisit as an adult.I play Planetary Annihilation off and on, but generally like to play single player versions, where I can build huge armies quickly and/or impenetrable bases. ![]() ![]() One of the first PC games (along with Doom and Bomberman) I remember playing, and the very first RTS I played. In retrospect, both this game (1992) and Emperor (2001) are lacking compared to RTS games released between those years, with only the former having the good excuse of being the first in the (mouse driven RTS) genre.Īnd, IMO, as the first, it laid a shaky and flawed foundation for all RTS games to come (as far as single player is concerned), the early popularity of which, looking back, completely rode on the novelty of said mouse control, hiding the fact that the problem of how to make an interesting game from it, given AI limitations, would never really be solved, despite some promising initial attempts. I played this one well after it was released, completing the Ordos and Atreides campaigns, IIRC, while on a Dune kick after I had finished Emperor Battle for Dune and wanted more Dune.
